1. Shipping Locations
1.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all addresses within the continental United States, including:
- All 50 states
- Washington, D.C.
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
1.2 P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for most orders. However, certain shipping methods or oversized items may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes. If your order cannot be shipped to a P.O. box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
1.3 International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select countries. Please contact us at contact@bubblewrappers.com for international shipping inquiries, rates, and availability.
International customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties, import taxes, and fees
- Compliance with local import regulations
- Providing accurate customs information
- Any additional charges imposed by customs authorities

2. Order Processing
2.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within:
- Standard orders: 1-3 business days
- Bulk or custom orders: 3-5 business days (or as quoted at time of purchase)
- Wholesale orders: Processing time varies based on order size and product availability
Important notes:
- Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day
2.2 Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification for:
- Payment authorization and fraud prevention
- Address accuracy and deliverability
- Product availability and stock levels
- Compliance with order limits or restrictions
Orders flagged for additional verification may experience processing delays. We will contact you if we need additional information.
2.3 Order Cutoff Times

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST for same-day processing

- Delivery times are calculated in business days from the ship date, not the order date
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times

We select shipping carriers based on:

- Signature may be required for high-value orders (typically over $500)
- You can request signature confirmation for any order (additional fees may apply)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO) do not require signatures
- Signature requirements help protect against theft and delivery disputes
4. Shipping Costs

- Selected shipping method and speed

5. Order Tracking
5.1 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Carrier name and expected delivery date
- Direct link to track your package
5.2 Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number
- Logging into your Bubble Wrappers account (if applicable)
- Contacting customer service at contact@bubblewrappers.com
5.3 Tracking Updates
- Tracking information updates as your package moves through the carrier network
- Initial tracking scans may take 24-48 hours to appear
- If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us
- Some carriers provide text or email delivery notifications
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Attempts
- Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- Delivery notices are left if no one is available to receive the package
- You can arrange for package pickup at a carrier facility or reschedule delivery
- Packages not claimed after final delivery attempt may be returned to us
6.2 Delivery Locations
- Packages are delivered to the address provided at checkout
- Carriers may leave packages at the door, porch, or designated safe location
- Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout or through the carrier
- We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location
6.3 Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery:
- Check the delivery notice for instructions on rescheduling or pickup
- Contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup
- Pickup packages from carrier facilities within the specified timeframe
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and may incur return shipping fees
6.4 Delivery Timeframes
- Residential deliveries: Typically 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Business deliveries: Typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed
- Saturday delivery may be available for certain shipping methods (additional fees apply)
7. Address and Delivery Issues
7.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If your order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address:
- We will contact you to verify the correct address
- You may be charged for return shipping and reshipment
- Address correction fees may apply
- Refunds for incorrect addresses are issued minus shipping costs
7.2 Address Changes
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
- Address changes can only be made before the order ships
- Once shipped, address changes must be arranged directly with the carrier
- Carrier address change fees may apply
7.3 Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery:
- The package will be returned to us
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and return shipping fees
- Restocking fees may apply
- We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who habitually refuse deliveries
7.4 Undeliverable Addresses
If a carrier deems an address undeliverable:
- We will contact you to provide an alternative address
- You may be charged for reshipment to a new address
- If no alternative address is provided, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
8.1 Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and building management
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Check all possible delivery locations (porch, side door, garage, mailroom)
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact us at contact@bubblewrappers.com if you still cannot locate your package
We will:
- File a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- Investigate the delivery with the carrier
- Provide a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the package is lost
8.2 Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy)
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery
- File a police report for stolen packages
- Contact your credit card company or homeowner’s/renter’s insurance
- We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Consider using alternative delivery locations (workplace, package locker, etc.)
8.3 Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
- Take photos of the damaged box and contents
- Note damage on the delivery receipt if the driver is present
- Contact us within 7 days at contact@bubblewrappers.com with photos
- Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved
We will:
- File a damage claim with the carrier
- Arrange for a replacement shipment or refund
- Provide a prepaid return label for damaged items if needed
8.4 Carrier Claims Process
- Claims typically take 5-10 business days to process
- You may be asked to provide additional documentation or photos
- The carrier may require an inspection of damaged items
- We will keep you updated throughout the claims process
9. Insurance and Liability
9.1 Shipping Insurance
- Standard shipping includes basic carrier liability coverage (typically up to $100)
- Additional insurance is available for high-value orders
- Insurance costs are calculated based on declared value
- Insurance covers loss or damage during transit, not theft after delivery
9.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon:
- Delivery confirmation by the carrier
- Signature confirmation (if required)
- Photographed delivery proof
After delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
9.3 Carrier Liability Limitations
- Carriers have maximum liability limits for lost or damaged shipments
- Claims may be denied for improper packaging, prohibited items, or insufficient documentation
- Consequential damages (lost profits, business interruption) are not covered
10. International Shipping (When Available)
10.1 International Shipping Costs
- International shipping rates are quoted at checkout or upon request
- Rates vary based on destination country, weight, and shipping method
- International shipping is generally more expensive than domestic shipping
10.2 Customs and Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and delays
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Customs charges vary by country and are determined by local authorities
- We cannot estimate or prepay customs charges on your behalf
- Failure to pay customs charges may result in package return or destruction
10.3 International Delivery Times
- International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days
- Customs processing can add 1-7 days or more
- Delivery times vary significantly by destination country
- International shipments are not guaranteed and may experience delays
10.4 International Returns
- International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Return shipping costs for international orders are not refundable
- Customs fees paid are not refundable
- Contact us before returning international orders
10.5 Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries under U.S. trade restrictions or embargoes. Please contact us to confirm if we ship to your country.
11. Order Splitting and Multiple Shipments

Orders may be split into multiple shipments if:
- Items are located in different warehouses
- Some items are backordered or out of stock
- Package weight or size exceeds carrier limits
- Expedited shipping is requested for only some items
11.2 Split Shipment Costs
- You will not be charged additional shipping for involuntary split shipments
- Each shipment will have a separate tracking number
- You will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails
11.3 Backorders
If items are backordered:
- In-stock items will ship immediately
- Backordered items will ship when available (no additional shipping charges)
- You will be notified of backorder status and expected ship dates
- You may cancel backordered items for a refund at any time
12. Business and Wholesale Shipping
12.1 Bulk Order Shipping
- Large or bulk orders may ship via freight carrier
- Freight shipments require accessible loading dock or forklift
- Residential freight delivery may incur additional fees
- Lead times for bulk orders may be longer (typically 3-7 business days)
12.2 Pallet Shipments
- Full pallet orders ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight
- Delivery appointment may be required
- Liftgate service available for locations without loading dock (additional fee)
- Inside delivery or white-glove service available upon request (additional fees apply)
12.3 Will Call / Local Pickup
Local customers may arrange for will call pickup:
- Orders must be placed online or by phone
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup
- Bring order confirmation and valid ID for pickup
- Pickup available during business hours only

13. Expedited and Rush Orders
13.1 Expedited Shipping Options
For urgent orders, we offer:
- 2-Day shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air)
- Overnight shipping (UPS Next Day Air)

13.2 Expedited Shipping Requirements
