1. Our Return Policy Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
1.2 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in original, unused, and unopened condition
- Be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and materials intact
- Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
- Not be on the non-returnable items list (see Section 2)
- Be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

You must contact us before returning any items. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
2.1 Opened or Used Products
- Packages of bubble mailers or poly mailers that have been opened
- Products that show signs of use or damage
- Items removed from original packaging
2.2 Custom or Special Orders
- Custom-printed mailers or packaging
- Personalized or customized products
- Special orders placed specifically for you
- Made-to-order items
2.3 Clearance and Final Sale Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is”
- Discontinued products sold at discount
- Items purchased during specific no-return promotions
2.4 Sanitary Reasons
- Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety concerns
- Packaging materials that have been contaminated or soiled
2.5 Wholesale and Bulk Orders

- Large bulk orders (typically 10+ cases) require approval before return
3. Types of Returns
3.1 Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
3.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If you received defective or damaged products:

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- No restocking fee applies

4. How to Return Products
4.1 Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Return Authorization
- Email contact@bubblewrappers.com with your order number and return reason
- Include photos if returning damaged or defective items
- Wait for RMA number and return instructions (typically within 1-2 business days)
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Include all original materials, inserts, and documentation
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Do not write directly on the original product packaging
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Use the prepaid label provided (if applicable) or ship via your chosen carrier
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Insure packages over $100 in value
Step 4: Return Processing
- We will inspect returned items upon receipt
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
4.2 Return Shipping Address
Ship returns to the address provided in your RMA email. Do not ship returns without an RMA number.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility (Standard Returns):
- You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns
- Choose a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
- We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx for reliable tracking
Our Responsibility (Our Error/Defective Items):
- We provide prepaid return labels for our errors, defective items, or quality issues
- No cost to you for authorized prepaid returns
- Follow instructions carefully when using prepaid labels
4.4 Return Packaging Requirements
- Use sturdy boxes and adequate cushioning material
- Ensure items are well-protected during return shipping
- We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging
- Original product packaging should be placed inside a shipping box (not used as outer shipping container)
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: 1-3 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to your account: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
- Total time: Typically 2-3 weeks from when you ship the return
5.2 Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- Debit card refunds may take longer depending on your bank
- We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts
5.3 What Is Refunded
Standard Returns:
- Product purchase price minus restocking fee (if applicable)
- Original shipping charges are NOT refunded
- Return shipping costs are NOT refunded
Our Error/Defective Items:
- Full product purchase price

5.4 Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to:
- Large or bulk orders (typically 5+ cases)
- Special order items
- Products returned after 15 days (within the 30-day window)
- Returns that require significant repackaging or processing
No restocking fee for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Our shipping errors
- Products not as described
- Returns within 15 days (in most cases)
5.5 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Items show signs of use or are not in original condition
- Packaging is damaged or incomplete
- Items are returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
- Restocking fees apply
- Only some items from a multi-item order are returned
5.6 Refund Notifications
You will receive email notifications when:
- We receive your return shipment
- Your return is approved or denied
- Your refund is processed
6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for:
- Same product in different size or quantity
- Different product of equal or greater value
- Defective items (exchanged for the same product)
6.2 How to Request an Exchange

- Specify which item you want to exchange and what you want to receive
- We will provide exchange instructions and an RMA number
- Return the original item following our return process
6.3 Exchange Shipping Costs
- Standard exchanges: You pay return shipping; we pay shipping for replacement item
- Defective/damaged exchanges: We provide prepaid labels for both return and replacement
- Price differences: If the replacement item costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference
6.4 Out of Stock Exchanges
If your desired exchange item is out of stock:

7. Damaged or Defective Products
7.1 Reporting Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

- Manufacturer defects are covered even after the 30-day return window

8. Cancelled Orders
8.1 Cancelling Before Shipment
To cancel an order before it ships:

9. Refused Deliveries
9.1 Refusing a Shipment
If you refuse delivery of your order:
- The package will be returned to us
- We will issue a refund minus shipping costs (both ways)

- We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who habitually refuse deliveries

- International return shipping can be expensive

11. Business and Wholesale Returns

12. Store Credit
12.1 Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit:
- Store credit is typically issued faster than refunds
- No restocking fees apply when choosing store credit
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used on future purchases
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
12.2 Store Credit Process
- Request store credit when initiating your return
- Credit is issued after we inspect returned items
- You will receive a store credit code via email
- Apply the code at checkout for your next purchase
13. Special Circumstances
13.1 Holiday Returns
Extended return period for holiday purchases:
- Items purchased between November 1 – December 25 may be returned until January 31

- No RMA number was obtained before shipping

- You can pay for return shipping to have items sent back to you
- If unclaimed within 30 days, items may be disposed of or donated
- No refund will be issued for denied returns
